Welcome to Digital Survivalist UK. We understand that sometimes, purchases may not meet your expectations or circumstances may change. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent Refund and Returns Policy. This policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we can’t provide a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. We strive to provide detailed descriptions and clear images of our products to ensure you know exactly what you’re purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain goods are not eligible for return. These include perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. This is for the safety and health of all our customers.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Gift cards: As these are used immediately after purchase, we cannot accept returns.
  • Downloadable software products: Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns.
  • Certain health and personal care items: To ensure the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns on these items.

To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These include:

  • Books with clear signs of use: If a book has been read and shows visible signs of wear, we can only offer a partial refund.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records: If the seal is broken, we can only offer a partial refund.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error: Depending on the condition of the item, we may only be able to offer a partial refund.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery: If an item is returned outside of the return window, we can only offer a partial refund.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. The exact number of days depends on your bank’s processing time.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This is because sale items are often sold at a significant discount and are usually clearance items that we will no longer carry.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email address] and send your item to: [physical address]. We will guide you through the process and help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns
